CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmations are sent 24hrs prior to appointment and should be confirmed. Cancellations are accepted 8 hrs prior to appointment without a fee. A 25%cancellation fee will be charged if are a no-show to the appointment or cancel less than the 8 hours stipulated. This is to protect our time and our team. :)
